The biggest work I ever did was the one I did on myself.

In my late teens, I was fascinated with being a bad boy, drinking, smoking, and going out constantly. In 2016, I went through a major transformation and decided to stop smoking and drinking on a daily basis, and stop going out every weekend. I started running and doing pull-ups in the park. Then, 2 months later, I joined a gym, and became obsessed with the gym, and started eating healthier also. And after a few months, I was really satisfied with my transformation and efforts, but something was still missing. I had no purpose and no direction, so I had to decide what to do with my life in terms of career. So I got myself into university, dedicated to becoming a great psychologist. I graduated with a BSc in psychology and then I went on to achieve an MSc degree in psychology. And now I’m working my way onto a doctoral programme.  I realised through this that life is about changes, and we must take them when they come. There’s always a lesson in changes. A year ago, I became incredibly interested in spirituality, which was a surprise to me as I have been a skeptic for the most part. I love empirical science; however, by learning more about spirituality, I learned more about the nature of things, and now I feel much more connected to others and everything else in the universe. I had my spiritual awakening last year, and it has been a hell of a ride. I walk the line while balancing light and dark.
